Items purchased including our downloads may be used for some personal and professional purposes, following the conditions noted here, in our disclaimers. However, even when a purchase is made the products are not for commercial use.

You may use the products in the following ways: 

• Educational purposes for yourself

• Educational purposes for your own clients, students, or group

• You may repeatedly print the PDFs, as long as they are only for use of your own clients/students/or groups that you lead or assist in leading

• You may privately digitally share the PDFs with your clients for their own use. For example, you could e-mail a worksheet to your client following a session, or you may display a resource on the screen during a private telehealth session. You may distribute copies during a group.

The products may not be used in the following ways: 

• You may not share the products with colleagues for their use. For example, you may not e-mail the materials to friends and colleagues following your purchase, so that they can use them with their own clients. They should purchase their own copy.

• You may not share products in public areas, such as a discussion board, chat, social media, or related platforms. 

• You may not use the items for commercial or marketing purposes. For example, you may not promote your coaching service by providing the products, or resell the products through your own business. You may not resell the products in any way.
