Many therapists are already familiar with using tumbling tower block games in sessions. You assign a feeling or prompt to each block and the player discusses the topic as they place the block on the top of the tower. This printable sticker set has ready-to-go prompts. There are multiple feelings-related questions, covering four categories: 
 
Feeling words
Discussing feelings
Somatic experiencing (physical sensations)
Coping skills for difficult feelings
 
This game is most appropriate for kids and teens but can be used with all ages. It's great for group, family, or individual sessions. 
 
What's Included? 
One PDF includes all the pages you need. The prompts fit the most popular tumbling tower sets or the generic sets. There's one sticker for each block. Example Prompts
Along with feeling words, such as angry or happy, example prompts include: 
What is a feeling you don't like having? Explain why. 
What does scared feel like in your body? What do you notice?
What's a skill that might help if you feel super nervous?
 
How it Works
Just print out the sticker prompts on regular or sticker paper. Cut them out and attach to the blocks. Then set up the game like normal. When someone pulls out a block, they answer the prompt before placing it on top.
